His skill set includes project proposal writing, project cycle management, and research. Additionally, he is recognized as an outcome owner, an excellent manager, and a powerful persuader. Academically, Raphael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education Science from Chancellor College, University of Malawi. Professionally, he has a diverse background, having worked as a social worker, rising from Field Officer to Deputy Executive Director with the Catholic Commission for Justice and Peace (CCJP) and the Zomba Diocese Research and Development Department (ZARDD). He later joined Nkhadze Alive Youth Organization (NAYORG) as Programs Manager and also had a brief stint with the Ministry of Youth Sports and Culture.
